Important Information

By placing an order with Deerhobbes, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and us (Deerhobbes). Please feel free to peruse our terms and conditions if you are unsure of purchasing from us.

Money back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us and we will happily refund your card or offer a replacement item. We ask that you kindly tell us why you are not satisfied with the product so that we can endeavour to improve our service and products.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund.

Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. This includes all items which are made to order. All credit card payments will be reimbursed to the card that was charged upon purchase.

Sale Items

We will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable.

Some sale items are from stock samples and are "Sold as Seen" but some are brand new in packaging and just reduced due to excess stock. Although the utmost care is always taken with our gowns, they may have already been tried on by other brides and so may require dry cleaning, which we cannot pay for.
Whilst we will endeavour to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which will reflect the possibility of containing flaws. Please ensure that you fully inspect all sale items as soon as reasonably possible on receipt as these items will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase.
