I'm 5'4", could you tell me if this dress would be too long? I would be wearing flat shoes.

If you are wearing flats it is likely that this dress will be an inch or two too long but we can offer an alteration service here. Let us know if you might be interested. It is a very simple procedure to whip it up to the appropriate height.

I received the outfit but unfortunately it doesn’t fit can I exchange it for another size?

Yes of course we will send you another. Just send the dress back to

Please send it ‘signed for’ delivery so that it doesn't go astray. As soon as we receive the return we will send the new one out, please also send money for the return postage or send it via Paypal along with your order reference number so we can identify the parcel as yours.

If my dress doesn’t fit would it be possible to bring it to the shop for adjustments, or if necessary a larger size? You see I have recently had an operation and am continually losing weight. I am not sure which size I will be on my wedding day!

In store you have our assistance and attention and the bonus of getting to try on as much as you want before deciding. It is a bit of a gamble buying online sizing-wise if you are losing a lot of weight before your wedding. Perhaps you would consider coming to see us instead of buying online, in which case we can offer you alterations and fittings right up until your wedding day for an extra cost.

Do you do this style dress in the colour I want and a matching shawl?

We almost always have matching shawls in stock. When you buy a dress please state that you require one. As for the dress colours, many of our styles are ‘made to measure’ and so you choose colours yourself. Unfortunately we cannot offer these services with copyrighted designs.

I would like to come to your shop for a wedding dress fitting, would it be possible to purchase at your shop at the same time, or do I have to order online?

You are welcome to come in and see us for a fitting. We have a greater bridal range in store so you have more options. You can purchase directly from the shop if you are happy to pay with cash or a debit/credit card.

I was just wondering if you have a shop in Southsea or whether you only sell over the internet.

We do have a shop in Southsea, you are more than welcome to visit if you come in and browse we will spend a lot of time with you helping you try on dresses and find ones to suit and fit you. There is no obligation to buy after we provide the service. I would highly recommend coming in the shop if you have the ability to do so.
